In September 2010 I arranged over the net to do Chaardham Yatra with Amit Bajaj from India Holiday Residence. It was a amazing experience. I was a bit nervous when I flew out from Australia because I hadn’t been to India for 20 years and I didn’t know if I would get on properly with Amit or even if he was an honest and dependable tour operator. I am glad to be able to report that he was and that has several other superb qualities as well, and specifically that he went to excellent trouble to make certain that everything went smoothly over the 12 days, that I ate healthy food, stayed in very good hotels, travelled in a good automobile with an exceptional driver. Amiit introduced me to a lot of fascinating people on my pilgrimage including swamis, priests and pandits and they all seemed to genuinely like and respect him, which I feel is a fantastic recommendation and increased my confidence in him.
